Momentum is an activation-support app built for people with ADHD, executive dysfunction, and task-avoidance — it helps you start one small thing right now, rather than organizing a bigger list. If something isn't working, or you just have a question, here's how to reach us.

Subscriptions and billing

All payments, renewals, and refunds for Momentum Premium are handled directly by Apple through the App Store — we never see your payment details and can't issue refunds ourselves. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page.

If Premium isn't unlocking after a purchase or restore, try Settings → Sync premium inside the app first — it re-checks your subscription status. If that doesn't fix it, email us.

Your data

Momentum keeps everything you enter — tasks, check-ins, sessions — on your device only. You can export everything at any time from the app's Settings: you get a PDF to read or print, plus a machine-readable JSON file you can move into other software (your GDPR Article 20 portability right). You can also clear your activity from the same screen. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
